Working with a network of sustainable UK-based suppliers means every detail is thoughtfully chosen with a wider focus on sustainability. We can provide a second life and recycle components from existing fit-outs to avoid unnecessary waste.
Even our subcontractors are hand-picked from a local pool to lower the project’s overall carbon footprint and create inspiring workspaces.
ESG
Environmental
Low-embodied-carbon materials and finishes throughout. Re-work circular furniture and Sustain end-of-life recycling, aligned with zero-to-landfill ambitions. Wherever possible all onsite labour will be locally based, reducing travel to work emissions and therefore returning as much of your investment back to the local community as possible.
Social
People-first design throughout, wellbeing space, multi-faith room and full accessibility built in as standard. Patient voices on the walls connect every employee to the purpose behind their work. Flexible and hybrid working patterns supported, reducing commuting emissions and improving work-life balance.
Governance
Document all sustainability decisions made during the refit — materials specifications, supplier choices, circular furniture credentials to support future ESG reporting and NHS tender submissions. Ensure Rework and Sustain credentials are evidenced and auditable. The space itself can demonstrate ESG leadership to NHS procurement teams when they visit.
