Post the 2021 divestment by Reckitt, Scholl sought a fresh workspace in Hull while maintaining a strong city presence and investing in their workforce. The vision was to create an inspiring workspace, recognising the shifting work dynamics due to increased remote work. The goal was to entice employees back to a dynamic office, fostering collaboration, connectivity, and attracting new talent. Situated at Two Humber Quays, Hull, the new space not only offered stunning views of the Humber but also positioned Scholl amidst a vibrant business community, enabling mutual growth and support.

Scholl, a reputable name in foot care, collaborated with us to revamp their workspace in Hull. The objective was clear: emphasise collaboration and connection among employees, incorporate lab spaces, and seamlessly integrate the brand’s identity within the design. A destination workspace
Chameleon Business Interiors curated a destination office for Scholl in Hull, strategically designed to maximise functionality and engagement. The office featured an array of breakout spaces, fostering impromptu meetings and collaboration across various departments, while diverse meeting areas, including boardrooms and soundproof booths, catered to varied communication needs. Cutting-edge technology seamlessly connected the Hull office with other locations, facilitating efficient collaboration. Notably, client welcome areas exuded a sense of hospitality and professionalism, and Scholl’s brand identity and rich history were thoughtfully woven into the design. The inclusion of specialised lab spaces for technical work, an auditorium for learning and development, and socialisation and relaxation areas prioritised employee well-being and team building. The incorporation of biophilic design elements, such as abundant natural lighting and natural materials, further bolstered employee wellness, making the Scholl office in Hull a vibrant hub of productivity and growth.
