This hybrid venue has it all - retail space, cosmetic treatment rooms, offices and events and VIP suites
HydraFacial’s LDN Flagship venue has set the tone for the British high street. Offering a true ‘experience’ for customers, the space can be adapted for the client’s every need.
A new flagship store for an international brand
HydraFacial operates in more than 80 countries, has over 450 employees and works with more than 50 distributors serving more than 12,700 customers worldwide. The new LDN Flagship was required to play a part in delivering more than 2.5 million treatments globally in 2022. So there was a lot to consider when designing, fitting-out and furnishing the space.
The new hybrid venue reflects the experience of the brand and has created a variety of environments for customers maximizing the space to provide event space, treatment facilities, retail areas as well as a flexible office space in the basement . It’s bold, it’s design-led and it certainly announced HydraFacial’s UK presence with a ‘bang’.

A hybrid space with a difference
This space is an entirely new concept for the UK. Our design team worked hard to deliver a space that was flexible, functional and design-led, in order to meet HydraFacial’s brief.
HydraFacial wanted a flagship space that was fun, relatable, flexible, vibrant and that would ultimately be considered ‘the place to be’. This has been achieved through:
- An overall monochrome feel, broken up with feature lighting and colourful ceiling and flooring elements
- A circular feature reception desk – which doubles up as a bar area for events
- A neon light ‘tunnel’
- Black industrial accents
