The role
You’ll love content! You’ll be a master at engaging with your chosen audience and delivering campaigns that showcase our work, our industry and culture. From Idea to execution, you’ll be responsible for managing social media content that gives us stand out in a relatively crowded and competitive market.
You’ll need an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. If you enjoy working both collaboratively and independently, we want to hear from you!
About you
- You are familiar with all social media channels and formats and can deliver campaigns to boost awareness and drive traffic to our site
- You can create, edit and deliver social media videos and stills in response to a brief with a quick turnaround
- You can produce case studies and collateral showcasing our work with precision and speed with a great eye for detail
- You are competent reviewing trends, writing blog content and delivering on metrics
- You must have a driving licence and be prepared to visit UK sites to gather content where required
- You have email marketing experience and are use to using Mailchimp or another to deliver campaigns
Key responsibilities
- Content Creation: Source, post, and schedule high-quality content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Edit engaging social media content for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Photography: Attend photo shoots capturing photography to support content creation across all social media platforms.
- Community Management: Engage with online communities, responding to comments where appropriate, and broadening our network and reach.
- Content Writing: Write engaging, effective copy including Blogs and thought led pieces that are on brand and on topic.
- Content Planning: Create and manage content calendar
- Reporting: Create monthly digital reports to track the performance of always-on activity and campaigns.
- Manage Email marketing campaigns and ensure all marketing and sales collateral is on brand from a creative execution.
Skills & experience
- 3+ years’ experience in social media / comms / copy / digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media within the B2B space.
- Strong copywriting skills
- A good understanding of PPC / SEO Campaigns and the role content plays within such campaigns
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
- Experience using scheduling tools Hootsuite, GA, Meta, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot
