We’re now looking for an ambitious Junior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play an important role in delivering exceptional commercial interior projects.

The opportunity

Working alongside our experienced team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership of your work and contribute to the commercial success of a diverse range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Cost management: Supporting the preparation and management of project budgets, cost plans and financial forecasts.
Estimating and procurement: Assisting with cost estimates, tender reviews, subcontractor procurement and supplier negotiations.
Commercial management: Monitoring project costs, identifying potential risks and helping to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Subcontractor management: Working with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations, manage costs and support effective project delivery.
Financial reporting: Maintaining accurate commercial records and providing regular updates on project costs and expenditure.
Valuations and final accounts: Supporting the preparation of valuations, payment applications and the agreement of final accounts.
Team collaboration: Working closely with project managers, designers and other members of the team to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Who are we looking for?

You might be an aspiring Quantity Surveyor ready for your next challenge, or someone with a few years of experience looking for a business where you can really make your mark.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, eager to learn and excited by the opportunity to work on high quality interior fit out projects.

Ideally, you’ll have:

•  Some experience in quantity surveying, estimating or commercial management within the construction or fit out industry.
• A good understanding of construction costs, procurement and commercial processes.
• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to identify issues and find practical solutions.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• The confidence to work collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors and suppliers.
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine ambition to succeed.

Experience in commercial interiors would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. We’re equally interested in candidates with transferable skills, the right mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for developing their career.
