From inspiration through to installation, any workspace design delivered by us will focus on your team and your ways of working. No matter the size of your team or your budget, our talented in-house designers take into consideration potential future growth, efficient use of space, and aesthetic appeal when they design each workspace.
What happens during the design process?
Our interior design service
Commercial interior design must balance aesthetics, functionality and future-proofing, and our experts lead the way in creating inspiring workspaces that fit your brief. The most important part of a commercial interior design project is for us to understand what your employees need from their working environment. To do this, we start by taking a detailed brief from your business, involving initial meetings with stakeholders, and begin a thorough workplace analysis. Each project is different, which is why we work collaboratively with you to achieve the design and style that fulfils your requirements.
The results of the appraisal will help to inform our initial 2D floor plan – also called a general arrangement plan – which will then enable us to agree on the layout and operational functionality of the space, optimising the office space design.
We then help you to envisage your workspace through the use of 3D visuals. At this point, we can start to look at precedents, and create mood boards to help finalise your personal office interior aesthetic.
Why should I hire a commercial interior designer?
A carefully considered office interior scheme can have a hugely positive impact on employee wellbeing, productivity and brand identity.
It is so much more than choosing colours and furniture: our design team specialise in creating bespoke schemes that have the power to transform company culture because our choices are informed by the day-to-day requirements of your staff. Our collaborative way of working means we get to know you and your business, enabling us to create a business interior design scheme that supports your values, needs and employee wellbeing.
As well as creative space planning which maximises available desk space, we detail all the fixtures, fittings, furniture and new technology requirements for a future-proofed workspace. The result is an environment where staff are motivated, their needs are met, and their creativity is harnessed.
