The Role
As a Workplace Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them from initial concept through to completed workplace solutions. You’ll combine strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial acumen to deliver outstanding results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing a strong sales pipeline across the Midlands
- Building long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and partners
- Understanding client needs and translating them into tailored workplace solutions
- Collaborating with our design and delivery teams to bring concepts to life
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through consultative selling
- Representing Chameleon Business Interiors with professionalism and enthusiasm
About You
You’re an experienced workplace or interiors sales professional who understands the power of great design.
You’ll ideally have:
Proven experience in workplace consultancy, commercial interiors, or B2B solution sales
A consultative, relationship led sales approach
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence working independently across a regional territory
A genuine passion for workplaces, design, and innovation
A full UK driving licence
