The winning nominees of Hull’s Top 30 Under 30 have been announced this week and among them is Chameleon’s Assistant Project Manager, Harry Gamble and we couldn’t be prouder. The award allows businesses to recognize their top employees for their talent and ambition and reward them with a series of training sessions and mentorship from leading industry professionals to support their development both personally and professionally for the future.

So why did we nominate Harry Gamble?

Harry is a true ambassador for what Chameleon Business Interiors stand for. His feedback is always that he consistently goes above and beyond, and we are proud to recognise him. Harry consistently strives for the best in all situations taking great motivation and pride in delivering a successful project.

Through Harry’s time at Chameleon Business Interiors so far, he has been able to gain vital skills and knowledge of how to run sites efficiently, productively and to tight budgets and timescales whilst being an integral part of the delivery team developing processes to allow us to deliver projects successfully.

Throughout 2020, Harry managed to deliver Chameleon’s largest project at the time, in terms of square foot area and value to a successful completion only 4 days beyond targeted completion despite being in the grip of the COVID-19 pandemic and a national lockdown, significantly exceeding the client’s expectations. The success of this project was demonstrated by being selected as a finalist for multiple industry awards. Harry has managerial responsibility within the project team, delivering a variety of projects ranging in size, value and complexity, often delivering multiple projects at one time.

Chairman of Chameleon Business Interiors, Shaun Watts, said: “Chameleon Business Interiors wish to recognise Harry because of his dedication and commitment to his role within the business. Throughout his time with the company and particularly during the most difficult period many of us had to endure, Harry has always had a positive and professional approach to work demonstrating his commitment to providing a first class service to our clients as well as inspiring other colleagues.”

Mark Lill, Director of Goldbirch Surveying Services Ltd, said: “I worked alongside Harry several years ago and recently had the opportunity to work with him again. The enhancement in Harry’s skillset during that period has been significant. Harry is self-motivated and diligent in his approach to work, which I believe comes in part from his decision to study alongside work. That breadth of opportunity and experience working for a dynamic business like Chameleon, has given Harry an excellent grounding and ability beyond his years. If Harry continues with his current career trajectory and maintains the high standards, he has every opportunity to get to the very top of the industry.”

We cannot wait to see where the LEAP Programme takes Harry and we’re glad to be able to support him in his growth, well done Harry!
