Designed to create a people inspired workspace and inject personality
We gave national payment solutions brand, Dojo, everything it needed for a new HQ with a bespoke fit-out of its new Hull workspace.
With the company rapidly expanding, we created a flexible environment that delicately balances meeting spaces - including an auditorium, training facilities and socialistation areas - and quiet working areas.
A people-focused design for a people-focused business
When moving into its new office, Dojo wanted to work with an interior design, fit-out and furnishing business with a world of experience in boosting wellbeing through design. And that is why the team came to us.
Flexibility was key to the new space. The new office needed to create space for focused work as well as collaborative working. This has been achieved by integrating individual work pods for the customer service and sales teams to give them space to focus. It also needed to provide vibrant collaboration spaces, like Dojo’s impressive new auditorium, as well as traditional workstations.

Bringing a brand to life through design
Dojo had undergone a rebrand just before our work alongside its team began.
We injected personality into the new space by using a range of bold colour choices and introducing inspirational wall art to give the space a real sense of brand.
Standout features include an auditorium space, a living wall and a bright, bold, turquoise collaboration space in the centre of the office with a bespoke acoustic ceiling design.
Sustainability right under your nose
Providing a sustainable workspace is key to any project we undertake and sometimes that challenge is easier to meet than others. We often purchase furniture and fittings from eco-friendly sources but for Dojo, we did even better.
Our expert design team integrated the firm’s existing stock of furniture no longer needed in other offices into the fit-out to eliminate wastage. Although it may not be obvious in its new state-of-the-art home, colleagues may well have sat in the same seat before!
Where new products were needed, local companies were used throughout including Camira Fabrics who used recycled materials to create impressive new seating pads and Interface which specialise in carbon neutral flooring.
Being in a newbuild office hub, we were also careful not to alter the shell of the space to maintain its core sustainability properties.
